Call to Worship I Chronicles 16:35
All: Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather and deliver us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.
Hymn and Song of Praise
Confession of Sin
All: Lord, in your word you tell us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to show hospitality without grumbling. Yet we are often blind to the presence of others. We are sometimes too concerned with our own needs and desires to pay attention to the people around us. Forgive us, Father, for our lack of love, our apathy, and our selfishness. Help us to see our neighbors, and to love them as Jesus does. We ask it in his name, Amen.
Assurance of Pardon adapted from Colossians 2:13
Leader: You been buried with Jesus in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead.
Hymn of Assurance
Confession of Faith adapted from Ephesians 4:4-6
Leader: I urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
All: There is one body and one Spirit, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Hymn of Rejoicing
*Take some time to read the words and sing the songs before Sunday and rejoice in the Lord. This will help you to engage in the singing, especially if the songs are unfamilar.
*Sin has separated us from God, but Jesus has done away with our sin by his death and resurrection and therefore we can have a full, intimate relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Do you come to the worship service as someone who is separated from God?
