Prayer #376: For Raleigh's New Vaccine Clinic
Raleigh has just opened up a vaccine clinic in North Raleigh, at 5809 Departure Dr. Over the past five months, this has been a COVID-19 testing site. It has now been converted to a vaccination location; the testing site has been moved directly across the street. This is part of a continuing effort to establish vaccination centers all across Wake County that will make vaccination more accessible to the county's citizens. The other Wake County vaccination sites already established are the PNC Center, the Wake County Public Health Center on Sunnybrook Rd., and the Wake County Commons Building at 4011 Carya Dr., off Poole Rd. near the Beltline. All four of these vaccination centers operate by appointment only, Monday-Friday, through Wake County Health and Human Services (covid19.wakegov.com). Anyone age 16 or older in North Carolina can now receive the vaccine.
Pray for vaccinations in North Carolina, and particularly, Wake County, to proceed well for all age 16 and older who desire to get the vaccine. Presently, just over 18% of the state's population has been fully vaccinated. In Wake County, 16.7% of the population has been fully vaccinated.
Ps. 124:8 "Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth."
