Parenting Young Children

Parents are thrust into the lifelong world of parenting with virtually no preparation or training. One of the most sobering and challenging tasks a person can take on is being a parent, which is lifelong. The Adult Education committee has organized a special class on parenting children. This will be an informative, encouraging, and stimulating class as we cover a host of topics related to parenting. Our leaders will share their wisdom and experience learned, not in and through their own wisdom and strength, but by relying on Christ. No method or 10-step program exists to be a good parent but only God’s grace in raising children in the fear and nurture of the Lord.
