Get Connected & Serve Through Local Ministries

Let us know what gifts, skills, or interests you have, and we can help connect you with opportunities to serve.

  • Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at UNC-Chapel Hill, NC State, NCCU, and Duke welcome meals and event volunteers.
  • Mission to North America (MNA) Disaster Response needs volunteers for training, deployment, and at-home support.
  • NeighborUp (previously Dorcas Ministries), local pregnancy centers, and adoption services also have ongoing needs.

To get connected, contact local.ministries@peacepca.org.

Help Us Restock Our Freezer Meals

There is an urgent need for more frozen meals. To help, prepare a simple meal, label it (dish name, serving size, dietary info), and place it in the kitchen freezer at Peace. These meals are provided to families who are grieving or recovering from surgery.

Thanksgiving Box Ministry

Peace needs someone(s) to coordinate the Thanksgiving Box Ministry this fall. Each fall Peace members donate food to be distributed to local needy people identified within our community. Would you be willing to help coordinate?

To learn more or volunteer, contact Lou Paules.

More Opportunities to Serve

While our Sunday morning worship services are the central weekly events in the life of our church, there are many ways to go deeper in connecting, growing, and serving at Peace. When we serve together, we strengthen the church with our God-given gifts and talents.

Through the many ministry centers, Peace Church has opportunities for each person, no matter how young or old, to get involved and also find a place to serve.
