Resources

Find ideas on what decorations work best for wreaths and where to find them.

Glue gun or pan

Looking for a new glue gun, check out these options:  Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Joann Fabrics

Ornaments

Most everywhere have ornaments these days! My favorites are At Home, Hobby Lobby, and Wal-mart! 3-D shapes work best in sizes larger than 2” diameter. Most places also have sets in coordinated colors. Just make sure they are NON-BREAKABLE, not glass!!! Please don’t bring family heirloom ornaments as we will be GLUEING items into our wreaths which may make them unfit for further use.

Ribbon

The ribbon is pretty ubiquitous as well! My Favorites are Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and At Home. Please make sure to bring WIRED ribbon in size 1.5”- 2.5” width. Check the length of the ribbon flange - you will need up to 10 yards (30 ft).

Accents

Peace will provide decorative accents such as leaves, berries, “sproings” (fun decorative items), and cones in basic colors (gold, champagne, red, natural). If you wish to bring your own decorative items to add to your wreath you are certainly welcome to do so! Just be sure to bring a heavy-duty wire cutter to cut your stems to a usable size.
