All volunteers, chaperones, and drivers who work with children and youth at Peace must complete the child protection screening and training processes.

You may view and/or fill out forms online or download the PDFs. If you fill out the forms online, they will be emailed directly to the Child Protection Policy Team. If you print the forms you may deliver them to Alex Fuller's mailbox in the church workroom.

All electronic versions of youth permissions have to be completed by parents on their Church Center or Planning Center accounts or as guests.
