Romans is the Apostle Paul’s most comprehensive explanation of the Gospel and is one of the most theologically rich letters in the New Testament. Paul saw the Gospel as the “power of God for salvation” to those who would believe. Paul explains this Gospel as he develops the theme of “the righteousness of God” along with other themes such as sin, salvation, grace, election, faith, righteousness, sanctification, and the law.
